Your events
For each event: build and approve the questions, share the facilitator link (in the question builder), and show the take-home QR code at the close.
Series
Group the sessions of a study, class, or program. Leaders get one link for the whole series: they join once, and each session appears there as you approve it. Add events to a series from the event list.

Every plan includes questions written for your group, follow-along, take-home pages, and your reach report. Payments are one-time and never renew on their own. Time you already have carries over.

Your reach
Every attendee who scans your take-home code and goes on to host their own group is counted here, and so are groups that join through your partner link, and the groups they inspire in turn. No names are collected.

Put it on your website, newsletter, or bulletin. When a group signs up through it and buys a plan, your organization earns 20% of what they pay for their first 12 months. Credit builds now and is paid at our partner launch, while your Team annual plan is active.

Partner links come with Team annual plans ($499 or $999 a year, including sponsored groups). Groups that sign up from your take-home pages are still counted in your reach. Compare plans
Your sponsors
Each sponsor's name shows on your question screens and take-home pages only during the period their gift pays for. New sponsors appear once you approve them, or automatically after 7 days. You can hide a name at any time; the gift still funds your program.

A hospital or local business can gift your group a year at our highest tier for $999, with their name under every question and on your take-home pages. The letter includes a link where they can pay for your group directly.

Your team
Co-organizers have their own login and can build and approve questions, run events, and share facilitator links. Facilitators never need a login.
Attendee contacts
Turn on "Ask attendees for their email" on an event, and its take-home page offers a "Stay in touch" box. Emails come to your organization only. TableGuide never emails attendees.
